Uniqueness Policy:

Every Bagru Textiles product is artisan-made, and as such is unique.  The product you order will be the same size, design, and colors as the product photo shown, but it may have some slight difference, like the placement of the design.

Shipping Policy:

Bagru Textiles processes and ships our orders once a week, unless an order is shipping by FedEx Priority.

Return Policy:

Bagru Textiles wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us directly at bagrutextiles@gmail.com if there are any problems with your purchase.

U.S. Duties Policy:

Since all online purchases from the Bagru Textiles website are ordered individually for personal use, no U.S. Customs & Duties should be levied on your purchase.  On the rare occasion that a Bagru Textiles package is inspected you will be require to pay any charges to receive the package, but please contact Bagru Textiles and we will refund you the cost of the duties (please retain all applicable paperwork).
